Return Policy

Items purchased from Fix My Ikea can be returned within 30 days of receipt of the shipment in most cases. During this period, you can try the product and examine it as you would if you were buying something in a physical store. The product must be in the same condition as when you received it and must not be damaged in any way. You are allowed to remove the product from its packaging unless it is sealed.

If you decide to return the items, you will need to let us know by filling out the return form on our website, or by using the withdrawal form template below. You can also let us know that you wish to return your order by sending us an email at silver.referencement@gmail.com.

Please note that you must return the items to us within 14 days of your return notification.

Processing Your Return

After receiving your return package, we will inspect the returned items and begin processing your refund. The money will be refunded according to the original payment method (used at the time of purchase), unless you prefer otherwise. The refund will be made within 14 days. You will need to cover the return shipping costs yourself. The costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
